Glenbrook Gorge is approximately 2km with 80m elevation gain. It is classed as Grade 4 difficulty. Uneven terrain and lack of paved paths will make this track difficult for some.

The Grand Canyon is 6km with 300m elevation gain, and is classed as Grade 3 difficulty.

Both Glenbrook Gorge and The Grand Canyon track are ranked as moderate to hard tracks according to National Parks. In saying this, we can be flexible with our pace and be sure to have plenty of breathers.

Moderate fitness is ideal for the Glenbrook Gorge or Canyons to Kangaroos tours. Uneven terrain in Glenbrook Gorge makes that particular track more difficult for some, especially people who have weak ankles and knees.
Generally we can take an easy pace if required, or if you would prefer a day without the strain, get in touch to discuss an alternative tour.

Active children 7 years and older should be able to conquer the tracks, of course every child is different and discernment is required.

Bring plenty of water, a hat, sunscreen, weather appropriate clothes and good walking shoes. Keep in mind shoes may get wet on the Grand Canyon walk.

Private tours which include transport such as Canyons to Kangaroos have a limit of 4 participants.

Glenbrook Gorge small group tours is limited to 10 participants.

In light rain we will go ahead, in fact the Blue Mountains come alive in the rain with colours popping and waterfalls flowing.

Heavy rain or other treacherous weather/natural events impacting the area may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

Canceling and rescheduling are easy - head to the booking confirmation email (received from Koalander) and scroll to the bottom of the email. Select reschedule or cancel and follow the prompts.

You are entitled to a full refund if cancelation is more than 48 hours in advance.
